Bohang Moeko is not an amateur on our TV screens, and the actor has been gracing our screens for many years before Isono. He looks at home on the screen; one would not believe that Gabriel from Isono is a Quantity surveyor in real life.
Acting was not the profession that the star studied for in school. Gabriel rose to stardom with a role that he played in a movie called Seriously single. The actor was born in Soweto, and his father was into construction. The actor went to Free State University to study Quantity surveying. After finishing his Tertiary education, he moved to Durban and worked for two years doing quantity surveying.
In 2013, Bohang competed in the Mr South Africa modelling competition, and he did not win, but he finished as one of the finalists on the show. Bohang fell in love with acting along the way and decided to move to Johannesburg to study acting. When he was learning the art of acting, he started getting to auditions and landed roles.
In 2016 he started landing roles in famous television shows. His debut role on-screen was as Kabelo in Ring of lies. After he slew that role, he started getting callbacks and landing roles on TV every year. These series include Is’Thunzi, Scandal, Side Dish, Housekeepers, Drive, Isindingo, The Queen, The Hot Zone and the movies, Seriously Single where he was cast as Lunga.

The actor is also a fitness freak. Bohang is into boxing, and it explains how he pulls off his role in Isono and the part he had in Ring of lies. He is married to a fitness and wellness coach named Shantal Dietrich. The couple engaged last year and got married, so we can safely say he is not seriously single.
Bohang’s character in Isono is that of a fixer, and he is the person that most go to when they find themselves in trouble. Bohang says that his character may be the most complicated in the drama series as he conflicts. Gabriel has to hide his true identity from people, so the character is very complex.
