Method
- Plunge the spaghetti into a plenty of boiling salted water.
 - Allow to boil gently. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
 - Cook for about 15 minutes. Drain well in a colander.
 - Return to a clean pan containing the butter. Add tomato sauce, ham and mushroom and mix until all ingredients are combined. Serve with grated cheese.
 
Notes
You can add vidalia onions instead of shallots and red wine also.
