black beans

finely chopped onions

chopped

cloves crashed garlic

Instructions
Soak the beans in cold water for 24 hours. Drain water.
Place the beans into a saucepan cover with cold water, bring to boil.
When the beans is three quarter cooked add all the other ingredients besides the sliced avocados.
Simmer until the beans are cooked and are soft. Season with salt and paprika to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and garnish with thinly sliced avocados.
Serve!
Notes
The left overs can be stored in the fridge for about 4 days
