Kairo’s video left Mzansi emotional, and other A-list celebrities wished her well. An Instagram user commented:
I never met my dad I was around 6months old when he passed… but God has been faithful. Sometimes you wish otherwise, sometimes u cry and most time wanna make him proud. a very challenging pain to deal with but God that allows will always give strength. I’m so sorry baby girl he’s your angel
In other news, AKA’s mother, Lynn Forbes, also penned a lengthy goodbye message to her son.
Lynn Forbes is mourning her son AKA who was gunned down in Durban Florida Road on the 10th of February and was buried on 18 February at the Heroes Acre in Westpark Cemetery in Johannesburg. AKA’s mother is heartbroken about her son’s sudden death, and she can’t hide her pain. Still picking up the pieces following her son’s murder earlier this month, Lynn Forbes shared a photo of AKA’s open casket on her Instagram timeline.
Taking to Instagram, Lynn Fobes wrote:
The last two weeks have been surreal, more specifically, the mornings.
Waking up every morning, being reminded that this nightmare will never end, is the most excruciating pain I have ever felt.
My heart is shattered into millions of pieces
I love you, Kiernan ❤️
