In sad news of AKA’s death, his last moments while at Durban nightclub YUGO were captured and left Mzansi convinced he knew he was about to die.
While rumours surrounding his death are still a mystery, we showed his fans his last moments before his untimely death. AKA had earlier taken to his Instagram page revealing his location, which could have been one leading factor to his death.
While in Durban for a gig at Yugo, he went to get a haircut at Bryd & Groom Barbershop in Florida with one of his friends, Saso “”The Light”. The two posted videos on their Insta stories themed “”Fresh Cut Fridays”.
Some videos on social media show that AKA left the barbershop 3 hours before his untimely death, where he met some of his friends for drinks at an unidentified club.
While taking shots in the club, AKA can be heard telling his friends, “WHEREVER I GO, YOU GO.”

His last words got Mzansi talking, and many assumed that AKA knew he was about to die. A Twitterati commented:
Wherever you go l, go hits hard because he is actually gone. It’s like he knew he was about to die his last words Haai, man.. Someone please tell me its false rumour the goat will write a tweet soon
His fans believe this could be his last public words before his untimely death since 2 hours after taking the drinks; he was reported dead outside the club.
Rumours have it that his death at his late girlfriend Anele Tembe’s’ hometown could be linked with her death two years ago.
AKA was also set to drop an album on the 27th of February, 2023. His last Instagram post reads:
