The beautiful actress was born in 1984 on the 12th of June. Phuti Khomo spent her earlier years living with her grandparents in townships like Mamelodi, Soshanguve and Antridgeville. She then moved in with her mother at six and lived with her sister. Phuti pursued drama at school in Pretoria at an Art School. She discovered her love for the limelight at a younger age and followed it through modelling.

Therefore she pursued the career she has always wanted as an actress landing her first role in Generations in 2001. She went on to land a recurring role in Egoli for three years. Her first lead role came up in Mthunzini.com, where she replaced KB Motsilanyane, playing the role of Phaphama Molefe. More parts on Television kept coming as a presenter and even on radio as a host.
