Mbali was anxious about her plan. She took a refuse bag loaded some of Jojo’s clothes inside to soften her uncle. Lira caught her on the way out, and she lied, and Mbali made an excuse about her pregnancy making her want always to keep busy.
Lindi and Marry had another meetup. Marry asked her fundamental questions about her intentions with Nhlamulo and Mdala. Lindiwe didn’t answer as she was also confused. Lindiwe is stuck between her love for Nhlamulo and her desire to acquire a better life with Mdala.
Mbali’s family got impressed when her uncle looked dapper in Jojo’s old suit. Mbali told him that there’s a lot he needs to work on; the image is a mere beginning. She took a notepad for the lessons to begin.
Mdala met up with his criminal associate, who spoke fluent Portuguese. They were planning a heist and sharing ideas and details.
Mbali gave his uncle business lingo lessons, he told her he needed a drink to relax him, and Mbali felt slightly disheartened.
The homeless man that was chased by the police is Dintle’s uncle. He went to her penthouse all dirty, and she offered him bathing stuff. He later got an SMS telling him the cops were looking for him.
Taps and Nhlamulo toasted to making money, then Lindiwe’s husband enticed Taps more by telling him he could keep all the money they made. Nhlamulo instructed Taps to switch card machines again, and he got nervous.
Mbali and her uncle met Vukile at Q’s Lounge, and he nailed the part of playing a business person. When Vukile asked for funding, the uncle told him where to get off. He told Vukile giving them a loan didn’t make financial sense and, the Kubeka’s did wrong by not having an actual wedding ceremony for Mbali.
Mdala asked Vuvu to go and mess things up at Lindiwe’s home. Lindi planned to go back to her husband, but Mdala did not want that. So, he promised to give Vuvu the keys to their home.
