Coronavirus stats in Western Cape Province
As of Thursday 7 May, the Western Cape Province reported a cumulative of 4049 positive cases, 79 deaths and 1333 recoveries.
The majority of Western Cape coronavirus cases are concentrated in Tygerbrg 730 cases, Western 542, Khayelitsha 517 cases, Eastern 418 cases and Klipfontein 407 among others.

Coronavirus hot spots in Gauteng Province
On 7 May 2020, Gauteng province had a cumulative number of 1804 coronavirus positive cases and 15 deaths. In Gauteng province, the most affected places are Johannesburg 1009 cases, Ekurhuleni 398 cases, and Tshwane 258 cases among others. The province also recorded 1197 recoveries across the province.
The most number of cases in Gauteng have been reported in Johannesburg (1009). Specifically in city region E (260 cases) which includes suburbs such as Alexandra, Wynberg, Sandton and Houghton.

Kwazulu Natal province recorded a cumulative of of 1204 coronavirus positive cases, 40 deaths and 420 recoveries as at 7 May 2020.
