Mzansi Magic’s The Queen has made headlines since it started airing on Television. The soapie which Ferguson Films produce has incorporated the most experienced talent in the industry throughout its six seasons. Actor Molemo Tlali known as ‘Khumo Sebata’ is set to leave The Queen soon.
The production company Ferguson Films has also opened its door to fresh talent and new faces in the acting industry. One of these new faces is Molemo Tlali, who made his debut appearance on TV as Khumo Sebata. The young actor has had no acting experience when he landed the role on The Queen, and he was given his opportunity to shine and make his mark in the industry and has made use of the chance. Khumo Sebata has earned a place as one of the household favourites as he slays his role.
Molemo Tlali is a 23-year-old young man who hails from Bloemfontein in the Free State. He is currently pursuing a Marketing Management diploma at the Central University of Technology. The agency that he is signed up with is giving him acting classes to perfect his craft. The young man believes that there is room for growth for anyone in the entertainment industry, no matter who you are or where you are.
Molemo Tlali to exit from The Queen
Molemo had to take buses to get himself to auditions before he landed the role on The Queen. He travelled long distances to do castings because, in Bloemfontein, where he comes from, there are few entertainment opportunities. Recently Khumo Sebata had started a relationship with Olerato Khoza. His girlfriend has just been accepted by the Khoza family and fell in love with Khumo. Her abusive ex-boyfriend Darlington tracks Olerato down and is threatening to expose her secret to the Khozas unless she helps him steal their clients.
Viewers have been labelling Olerato, Khumo and Darlington terrible actors that have no on-screen chemistry at all. Olerato and Khumo were labelled a boring couple by viewers. Today news that the production house is set to let go of Molemo Tlali broke out, and how they will kill off his character is yet to be known.
