Hip Hop artist iFani has waded into the fight between radio personality Bujy Bikwa and Hip Hop artist Boity Thulo.
iFani, born Mzayifani Mzondeleli Boltina, posted on Twiter that he would not hit Boity with a bottle if he gets a chance to do so, but he would choose something else. The post has attracted a lot of comments, retweets and insults targeted at the Hip Hop artist.

Bujy and Boity were involved in a brawl in Midrand last week after attending an event hosted by Huawei. The launch of Huawei’s new Nova8 cellphone event was postponed due to heavy rains in Johannesburg. Still, the cellphone maker later decided to organise a dinner for their guests at a Midrand Hotel.
The celebrities were accommodated for the night at Courtyard Hotel as they could not travel after the curfew. While the stars were drinking and chatting, Boity thought it was a good idea to speak authoritatively over her colleagues’ lives as she is a sangoma.
Boity revealed Bujy’s surname was the reason he was not succeeding in his career. The news did not sit well with the radio personality who shouted at Boity, calling her ancestors fake.
A war of words erupted between the two, as voices of their colleagues were head trying to calm down the media personalities. During the scuffle, Bujy poured alcohol over Boity’s head before hitting her with a bottle.
According to eyewitnesses, blood oozed out of Boity’s face, painting red the white shirt she was wearing. The Wuz Dat singer opened an assault case at the Midrand Police Staton, causing the arrest of Bujy.
Bujy spent the weekend behind bars and was released on R2,000 bail last Monday at the Midrand Magistrate court. Upon his release, Bujy opened a counter case against Boity.
