Dr Tshepo Motsepe
Dr Tshepo Motsepe is the First Lady of South Africa and wife of President Cyril Ramaphosa, she is also a sister to South African Multi-billionaire Dr Patrice Motsepe and Bridgette Radebe and a mother to four children.
She is the third wife to President Cyril Ramaphosa, a compassionate mother of four and a humanitarian champion. She is a sister in law to Minister of Energy Jeff Radebe. Dr Motsepe married Cyril Ramaphosa in 1996.

Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe
Dr Precious is a South African fashion businesswoman. Her company ran the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Johannesburg and Cape Town in recent years.
She has been the Chancellor of the University of Cape Town since January 2020. However, she attended Wits University from 1982-1987 (MBBCh degree) and became a hospital physician and general actioner. In 1993 she opened a woman healthy clinic in Johannesburg.

Dr Thato Mosehle
Dr Thato Thelma Mosehle is a medical doctor and beauty queen from North Carolina, United States. Thato wanted to become a Protea netball player but after a terrible knee injury, she started joining beauty pageants. However, she was once crowned as Miss South Africa beauty pageant runner up from Stilflontein North West.
She obtained her degree from the University of the Free State in 2018, before doing an internship at Tshepong Hospital in Klerksdorp.
Dr Rolene Strauss
Rolene Strauss is a South African beauty pageant who once won Miss South Africa. After being crowned Miss South Africa she was later crowned Miss World 2014.
However, she became the third South African woman to be crowned Miss World after Penelope Anne Coleen in 1958 and Anneline Kriel in 1974. Rolene is currently working as a doctor now.
