Moonsamy “Kelly Khumalo not a person of interest in Senzo’s Murder”
TV personality and songstress Kelly Khumalo has spoken after the latest developments in Senzo Meyiwa’s case through her legal representation.
The drama continues in Senzo Meyiwa’s death case as Kelly Khumalo weighs in with a different story. Former EFF treasurer-general Magdalene Moonsamy gave a statement on behalf of Khumalo. Moonsamy took to the media to clear Khumalo’s name in regards to Senzo’s death.
Her legal representative, Magdalene Moonsamy said that Kelly has chosen to remain silent to protect the interests of her children. Former EFF treasurer-general Magdalene Moonsamy indicated that Khumalo was being unfairly treated and being implicated for something she doesn’t know.

A leaked document named Kelly Khumalo was a person of interest in the Senzo Meyiwa case. Khumalo’s attorney indicated that Kelly is not a person of interest in the case and should be treated as such. Singer Kelly Khumalo has finally broken her silence after the latest developments in her late boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa’s murder case.
Khumalo has weighed in with comments regarding what really transpired the day Senzo was shot. Mzansi was hoping that the weighing in of Khumalo will provide the much-needed breakthrough to the case but does not look like so.
Last month the police made a breakthrough in the case six years after Senzo’s death. Magdalene Moonsamy indicated that Kelly has not been implicated or charged in the matter, therefore she is not a suspect in the case.
Moonsamy said that Khumalo didn’t want or expect the tragedy. The law firm representing Khumalo pointed out that Khumalo did all the logistics to get help for Senzo.
According to her defense team, Kelly had been subjected to harassment over the years regarding this matter. The legal representative team even went on to stress out that Khumalo for the past 6 years now fears for her life.
