Gauteng Health MEC Dr Bandile Masuku has denied buying a R9 million house as some on social media have suggested.
Masuku and his wife Loyiso were asked to step aside as the ANC is investigating the awarding of tenders to Diko, the husband of presidential spokesperson.
The party requested the pair to take leave of absence to allow disciplinary procedures to be taken against them.
Social media is awash with claims that Masuku and his wife bought a mansion with the proceeds of the tender.
