Zim Actress Tinashe Kajese In New Suicide Squad Movie
Zimbabwean actress Tinashe Kajese is part of the cast of the new DC movie The Suicide Squad.
The movie is expected in theaters on August 6, 2021.
Kajese will portray the character of Florence Crawley aka Flo Crawley.
The Suicide Squad was written and directed by James Gunn.
The movie features a stellar ensemble cast consisting of Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, David Dastmalchian, John Cena, Joaquin Cosio, Nathan Fillion, Mayling Ng, Flula Borg, Sean Gunn, Juan Diego Botto, Storm Reid, Pete Davidson, Taika Waititi, Alice Braga, Steve Agee, Tinashe Kajese, Daniela Melchior, Peter Capaldi, Julio Ruiz, Jennifer Holland, Idris Elba, and Michael Rooker.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Tinashe Kajese lived in the United Kingdom and Kenya before moving to the States for college. Attended the University of Illinois where she studied under Tony Award-Winning director Daniel Sullivan.
Kajese is married to Keith Bolden.
She then moved to New York City where she did a Broadway and several Off-Broadway productions before relocating to Los Angeles in 2008.
