Young and learned! Get to know Miss South Africa 2022 Ndavi Nokeri’s age, education, profession and background.
The Miss South Africa pageant for 2022 was held last night, and the top ten finalists went head to head for the crown. It was a tough battle, but the top three finalists were chosen for the final showdown. Ayanda Thabethe, Lebogang Mahlangu and Ndavi Nokeri were selected as the top three of the competition. Ndavi then went on to win the ultimate title and was Crowned our new Miss SA, taking the crown from Lalela Mswane, who has had a beautiful reign.
Lebogang landed the 2nd runner-up title, and Ayanda Thabethe was the first runner-up at the end of the day, and she was said to be the biggest competition. The reigning Miss Universe from India and Lalela, now Miss Supranational, were present at the crowning of the new Miss SA.
Abut Ndavi’s family and age
In this article, we get to know the beauty queen now reigning as our chosen Miss SA queen. Ndavi Nokeri is a 23-year-old who has been in love with modelling and beauty pageants since a young age. She comes from Limpopo Province in Tzaneen, where she grew up in a family of Christians. Her parents are Pastors, and she is the youngest of their children. Nokeri is multi-lingual and speaks Sepedi, Xitsonga, Afrikaans and English fluently.
Ndavi Nokeri’s history with beauty pageants before Miss South Africa
Nokeri started competing in beauty pageants in High School, and in 2016 she won the Miss Ben Vorster High School title. In 2019 she tried for a bigger stage, competed in the Miss Jozi competition, and won the title. The Miss South Africa title is the biggest crown of her career so far, and she gets to compete on a world stage in the Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Supranational titles later next year.
Her education qualifications
In 2021 Ndavi graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelor’s degree in Investment Management. While at the school, she was a member of the faculty of the Economic management committee. She worked at Jozi Angels as an Investment Associate in Sandton. Allan Gray Proprietary Limited is her recent employer. She was a senior consultant before she left the job to compete in the Miss SA pageant in June. Ndavi has been a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since 2020
