After winning the court case, ex Generations star Sello Maake ka Ncube weighed in on Katlego Maboe’s saga. The actor has taken to his social media to react to the court ruling that favoured the talented presenter.
Katlego had been locked in a court battle with his ex-wife Monique Muller for two years. A few days ago, the courts ruled against all alleged domestic violence claims that Monique charged Katlego with.
Katlego lost many of his jobs due to these allegations.
After the papers released the verdict, Sello Maake ka Ncube took to his Instagram page. He advised that “women need to stop blindly encouraging the I’ll take treatment of their ex-partners or what is labelled a baby daddy!”
He continued to explain that these same fathers need to continue working to continue to support their children.
The veteran also asked women to deal with relationship breakups differently and call each other to order and unite against men when one is found to be in the wrong. Sello Maake found Monique’s allegations against Katlego malicious.
His response prompted a response from Manaka Ranaka. She went on to call the Outsurance insurance and said they must also be dealt with together with Monique. Manaka became emotional in her post telling and mentioned that Monique is not the first or the last one to be cheated on and that being cheated on doesn’t give anyone the right to destroy others careers.
Monique has also responded to the verdict. She took to her Instagram and called the court ruling saying that they had tried to change the narrative, and she continued to call the narrative false.
Monique also mentioned that the court ruled correctly on the domestic abuse because, as per agreement between the parties involved, there were no new acts of domestic violence since the application of the IPO.
Clearly, from people’s responses like Sello Maake ka Ncube, this whole thing could have been dealt with differently.
