This, of course, was in line with her storyline in the Soapie drama. Kondi had to disguise herself as a man to help catch Spitjo, a dangerous drug criminal who ended up chasing her and Hangwani with a knife.
Vho-Mukondelelis, whose real name is Elsie Murabeli Rasalanavho, is one of the three original cast members remaining in Muvhango. The other two are Gabriel Temudzani, who plays Azwindini and his wife Maumela Mahuwa (Susan).
Kondi, the Spy
In a post made on the Muvhango Instagram page, Murabeli is seen flaunting the black suit with a black hat and black sunglasses and a tie, and they hashtagged it #chillingwiththebigboyschallenge. As we all know, the disguise didn’t work in the story as Spitjo saw right through it, but we cannot ignore the comedy in her dressing like a man. Her colleagues felt the same way by the looks of things, as they are seen laughing and enjoying her moving around in a Men in the Black Suit. You would swear she was auditioning for a role in that movie. She pulls off being a spy very well.
Kondi the Fashionista
That’s not all, though; Kondi then becomes the glamorous queen she has the right to be. In the following clip, she changes into a beautiful yellow dress showing her curves and her tiny waist. Vho-Mukondeleli does the catwalk in slow motion in that dress in full fashionista mode.
Which look did she wear the best
She pulled off both looks like a pro, and we must say Murabeli or Kondi looks suitable for a woman in her 70s.
The Soapie Vho-Mukondeleli is going through an identity crisis because her son Mulalo decided to leave without warning. He took his son Mulondo with him. Kondi felt lonely and abandoned. That situation prompted her to take a break from the royal house and stay with Hangwani in Johannesburg. Kondi helps out at Dukathole. That’s where she met Spitjo and ended up having to debut her manly look as an undercover spy.
We enjoyed the fun with Kondi the Spy and Murabeli, the fashionista in her real life.
