Media personality Katlego Maboe failed to appear in court on Tuesday 03 November 2020.
Katlego was supposed to appear in court yesterday for allegedly breaching a court order issued against him.

This should not have happened because the prosecutor was given Tuesday, 2 November as the official court date, according to National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila.
Since the docket was not available the case was postponed to a date yet to be announced.
The prosecutor has asked for the docket so that they can thoroughly go through it before the next court date.
Katlego allegedly breached a protection order taken out by his estranged wife Monique Muller. The embattled television personality is due to appear in court at a date to be announced for breaching the protection order which was granted on 3 September.
Monique sought a protection order after Katlego allegedly abused her. Muller was also supposed to appear in court as the complainant in the case.
When a video of Katlego confessing to cheating on his wife with Nikita Murray, went viral people took sides.
Some accused Katlego of being reckless whilst some sympathized with the presenter and accused Muller of manipulating him.
The cheating scandal has had a devastating effect on Katlego’s career with OUTsurance pulling adverts of him from TV and The Expresso Show suspending him pending investigations.
