‘We are back on stage; Thembi Seete returns to Idols SA for its final season
Thembi Seete is a well-known South African actress, dancer, and musician who has been part of South Africa’s pop culture fabric since the 1990s. She is known for her consistent reinvention and evolution as an artist. From her Boom Shaka youth to her hit solo career, she has since branched out into the small screen and stars in the hugely popular Mzansi Magic telenovela Gomora as Gladys.
Seete joined Idols SA as a judge for season 18 along with rapper and producer JR Bogopa and returning judge Somizi Mhlongo12. She was a guest judge in Idols SA season 17 and was warmly received by fans who loved her bubbly energy, constructive critique, and useful advice for the show’s performers.
However, there are reports that Thembi Seete was told not to come back to IdolsSA again after something happened. Even though Idols South Africa is inching closer and closer to its conclusion, viewers have already begun to demand that Thembi Seete be removed from the competition for the upcoming season.

Although rumours about Thembi Seete being fired from Idols SA were making rounds on social media, the star recently posted on her Instagram that she is back on stage. Thembi Seete posted a picture while on duty at Idols SA final season, complimented by a sassy caption which reads:
