Zola 7 gatecrashes Cassper Nyovest’s gig, wows Mzansi with Bonginkosi performance
Zola 7 has been topping the trends again after confirming that he will be checking himself into rehab. However, Mzansi was more than pleased with the news after the legendary musician made headlines for the wrong reasons of late.
In the mix of things, Zola wowed Mzansi when he gatecrashed at Cassper Nyovest’s gig in Rustenburg on the weekend. The legendary musician gatecrashed whilst Cassper was performing, and the crowd went crazy. Cassper Nyovest was seen bending the knee to the legend in a viral video that has since gone viral. No doubt, this gesture got Mzansi into tears.
They also performed together some of the tracks from the Any Minute Now album. Their collaboration Bonginkosi made the crowd go crazy.

He had to battle with the media in recent months after he saw himself being implicated in death hoax rumours. In the mix of things, viral videos of him frail flooded social media, and Mzansi celebrities had to cheap in to assist.
Multi-millionaire Shauwn Mkhize and Andile Mpisane visited Zola and had some lighter moments. A bandwagon of celebs did the same as they showed Zola some love in his time of need. Since then, he has been having his fair share of fame.
Rumour mill has it that he has also bounced back as he was spotted performing on several gigs. But in the wake of his newfound fame, he was implicated in a defrauding saga when it was reported that he didn’t show up for a gig despite being fully booked and paid. Zola revealed that someone scammed the organisers and used his name as the catch. However, he recently confirmed that he would be checking into rehab but didn’t disclose the main reason.
