Uyajola 99 presenter Jub Jub escapes death after gunshots were heard whilst he was on set at a Gauteng hostel, shooting Uyajola. Mzansi has been trying to connect the dots regarding the safety of Reality TV host Jub Jub after he was involved in a nasty shooting incident at one of the local hostels in Gauteng.
This comes after the latest episode of Uyajola 99 went viral. In the viral video that has since flooded social media, Jub Jub and his crew escaped death by a whisker after shots were fired while on set. Jub Jub and his crew were chasing cheaters on set when the gunshots were heard. No one knew who was firing the shots since they only heard gunshots.
The incident happened at one of the local hostels in Gauteng. They had to abandon everything in the mix of things as they raced to their van for safety. Upon arriving there, they had to speed off since they were not sure who was firing the shots and what the motive was. Mzansi was more than shocked about why Jub Jub risked his life and that of his crew to shoot their episodes in one of the most dangerous places in Gauteng.

Despite the 42-year being successful in chasing down his people, Mzansi was more than worried about how he was risking everything for views. The viral video has since sparked a heated debut on social media. Some have it that it’s a normal thing in the hostel; hence they should have braced for that before checking out when shots were fired.

Some viewers praised his bravery in telling the story as it is and unfiltered. On the other hand, some were more than worried about his well-being after this traumatic incident. Some have it that the show has been chaotic of late. He is raffling further. Many are not convinced with his recent season of Uyajola as it has exposed him not once but twice to crime perpetrators hotspots. However, close sources have it that he is safe and sound in the mix of things.
Well, he joins many celebrities who have been involved in nasty shootouts. A year ago, DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small escaped death by a whisker after being showered with bullets while travelling in their van.
Rumour has it that two hitmen fired shots at the DJ’s Mercedes-Benz tour bus in East Rand, injuring occupants inside the bus. It was reported that a hail of bullets showered the two on the 8th of February 2021.
