An Instagram blogger Maphepha Ndaba shared a video of DJ Sbu meeting one of his Mofire supporters, chatting with him, and then gifting him R50. He then shared another unknown person giving the same supporter wearing many brands over R1000. He then opened up a discussion on whether the DJ was stingy and should have given his fan more money.

One tweep even said the entertainer should go back and give the man by the roadside more cash than R50. Other fans support that the DJ is wealthy and could have given more than he did as the fan needed financial assistance more than motivation. Some people think the video was recorded because Sbu was looking for clout, and if that’s the case, he should have given a more considerable amount of his money. Some believe that Sbu should support his fans as he wants them also to support him.
