Comedian Ray Vines has been forced to apologize to the fans of dancehall musician Winky D after his earlier remarks about the Gaffa.
Ray Vines was talking to Chillspot records producer Levels when he was asked his opinion about Winky D.
“Winky D is a great musician, but he has a bad movement. He has never raised any upcoming artists to be called an icon. Jah Prayzah has done well with Military Touch movemennt such as Andy Muridzo, Tahle Wedzinza, ExQ, and Nutty O. We wouldn’t have known these artists if it wasn’t for Jah Prayzah.”
Levels replied, “It is very difficult to create a limelight for another artist, to create competition for yourself but we have been able to do it.”
Another listener commented on the issue warning Ray Vines that Winky D could end his career.
The pair went on further to discuss music producer Oskid. Ray Vines dissed the producer calling him a dancehall only producer.
Soon after the interview, Ray Vines was bombarded by comments with some Facebook users scolding his deceased mother.

Ray Vines had to do two video skits as a way of apologising to Winky D. He also shot a video begging for forgiveness to Winky D’s millions of fans. Ray’s posts have been averaging 500 comments of insults from Winky D’s fans even after he apologized.
