Manchester United star Paul Pogba dances and sings Amapiano, surprises Mzansi with his slick moves
The Amapiano genre has since become one of the most followed musical genres in the world. In recent months celebrated celebrities have been vibing to some of the smash hits, and Manchester United players haven’t been spared from the global trend.
However, Manchester United talisman Paul Labile Pogba shared a video of himself vibing to De Mthuda – John Wick featuring Sir Trill and Da Muziqal Chef. Well, Pogba was vibing to the song whilst having one of his famous signature haircuts.
The comment section was set ablaze as thousands of fans reacted to his love of Amapiano and the positive vibe. No doubt Mzansi was more than impressed as Pogba did a sing-along and pulled up some slick moves. It seems as if we have an Amapiano ambassador.

The video comes a few weeks after he shared another video vibing to Ameno Amapiano by Goya Menor and Nektunez. Of interest is that he has some good dancing vibes to show for it.

He joins a host of Manchester United players who have found the vibe and plug of Amapiano, a musical genre that originated from South Africa. DJ Maphorisa, Kabza de Small and Sasha have been credited as the genre’s pioneers. Jesse Lingard has recently had several videos flooding social media whilst vibing to Amapiano. The celebrated talisman even hinted at having an Amapiano playlist.
Apart from his football flair, the Manchester United midfielder is also best known for his wold dancing celebrations and taste for good music, be it on or off-field. However, Mzansi was more than honoured when he played the late Killer Kau and Mr JazziQ’s music Amaneighbour.
In 2016 Paul Pogba talked about returning to Old Trafford after having four colourful seasons with the Old Ladies Juventus. Whilst at Juventus, he managed to win several cups, including two Coppa Italia’s and two Suppercoppa Italiana. In 2013 he hogged headlines when he was awarded the Golden boy Award.
