The funeral service of media mogul, Shona Ferguson is underway in Ruimsig, Johannesburg. Aaron Arthur Shona Ferguson passed away on Friday at the Netcare Milpark Hospital from Covid-19-related complications. Follow the live proceedings on the video below.
However, Shona Ferguson’s funeral will be held in Fourways cemetery in JHB. As per Covid-19 protocols, only family and close friends may attend. However, it was recently reported that Shona Ferguson Family reveals Funeral details: When and How he will be buried.
At the moment little is known if the family will be allowing other mourners or not. But due to the fact that he succumbed to Covid-19, the funeral will have limited mourners.
In a statement, family spokesperson Thato Matuka said details of a memorial service would be communicated at a later stage.

Shona passed away at the Milpark Private Hospital in Johannesburg on Friday afternoon. The media mogul was admitted there last week after suffering from chest pains. It was later discovered that he had heart problems and he underwent a major heart operation. A source to the family confirmed the matter.
