Watch, Life goes on: Babes Wodumo spotted gigging brags about not mourning late husband
She has been making all sorts of headlines of late. It seems as if her love life has fast become a typical reality.
No doubt, Babes Wodumo has been making all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons. This time around, she was spotted performing in a club barely a few days after she buried her husband, Mampintsha, who died after having a stroke.
After all, it seems like she is taking advice from DJ, who challenged her to bounce back to her former glory. Wodumo once dominated the streets and was dupped as one of the best acts in Mzansi. Her energetic performance during her days has since been likened to the prime Makhadzi.
After all, it seems she is busy securing the bags while mourning.
A few days ago, the Gqom queen recently performed at the SABC 1 musical festival, which got her trending. However, in the mix of things, Mzansi came to her defence.

In the wake of her trends, a recent video is making rounds on social media. She was spotted whilst performing at a Durban-based club, Views Twenty 5. The video, which first went viral on Facebook, has since caused a stir.
However, what left Mzansi puzzled was the lyrics of the song she performed. We can all agree the lyrics triggered viewers.
In the viral video, she is heard singing about not mourning: “Mina angizilile, jkodwa ngiyaziphuzela.”

The video has since left Mzansi divided. Several comments flooded social media, and one daring follower posted:
“Judging from the lyrics it’s most likely kuthiwe nje milk this hype now mama to get back into the market while you are still trending. We PR people will not see heaven. People were already going to support her in rebuilding her career; she didn’t need these lyrics,” a Facebook user wrote.
