Oros Mampofu, better known as Jama on Skeem Saam, demonstrated to his fans how he keeps his body looking young and healthy via a workout. According to Twitter, he is one of South Africa’s sexiest celebrities, and people have always wondered how he maintains such a toned physique and seemingly stays young.
In a recent Instagram video, the well-known actor demonstrated how he works hard to build the body of his dreams. Given his passion for working out in the gym, he gave his full attention to the workout. In the caption of his post, he attacked those who are lazy. He claimed that winners work extremely hard and still wonder if they are being lazy, in contrast to lazy people who put in little effort and believe they should be winning. He even claimed that he belongs to the winners because he exercises.
Oros has always placed a strong emphasis on taking care of his body and meeting its actual needs. In the video the popular actor on Skeem Saam known as Jama shared, he is doing a workout with his twin, Prince Mampofu.
His acting career began in 2014, shortly after he received his degree in Motion Picture and Live Performance from Johannesburg’s AFDA. The drama series Kowethu on SABC1 served as his acting debut. In the Mzansi Magic Original Movie Rise, directed by Rea Rangaka and starring Xolile Tshabalala and Mutodi Neshehe, Oros made his breakthrough in 2015. The year began with Oros playing Andile in the film. On Sunday, the telefilm debuted on Mzansi Magic on January 11, 2015.
In addition to being one of the 12 finalists on the BET reality competition series Top Actor SA’s inaugural season, he placed sixth. After, he began his recurring role as Jama on Skeem Saam, which at the time was the third most watched show in South Africa. He was also cast in the Shona Ferguson drama series Igazi on Mzansi Magic in 2016, which the late actor created and executive produced. In the drama, he played Prince Phila Mbangatha, the rightful heir to a throne whose new outlook conflicts with his traditional duties.
In 2016, he also appeared in the Discovery Learning Alliance and Quizzical Pictures feature-length film The Lucky Specials, which disproves the existence of tuberculosis by describing how it develops and can be treated. Oros is so well-liked because of how successful his acting career has been. In the movie, he plays Mandla, a young man eager to leave his mark on African music. The other cast members include Thomas Gumede, Blondie Makhene, Sivenathi Mabuya, Richard Lukunku, and Blondie Makhene.
