The actor is still a rising star in the acting industry, with Durban Gen as his first television role on Television. He has opened up about the competition that actors have in Mzansi and how he could not get a job earlier in his life; he ended up getting a job as an Uber driver. When he got the role of Bhengu in the telenovela, he was actually on the job when he received the call.
