Rapper AKA confused Mzansi for a moment when he performed Cassper’s verse on the song Ngud’ and fans were left asking themselves if the two aren’t sworn, enemies. AKA was behind the decks with a DJ when the song Ngud’u by Kwesta and Mufasa. Instead of pretending not to hear the music, he sang the lyrics, and Mzansi was confused.
Not only did he get the lyrics right, but AKA also jammed to his song. As we know, he is an energetic performer who jumps around when performing. He did the same when he was singing Cassper’s lyrics, and it looked like he was enjoying it.
Things he said as he was singing.
As the song was playing, he said he wanted to do something special for the crowd. He urged people to get their cameras ready so that they could capture the moment. He then sang the song bit by bit.
Last time Cassper sang AKA song
A few weeks ago, Mufasa was in the club, and the song Baddest by AKA, Burna Boy and DA L.E.S was playing in the background. The Doc Shebeleza rapper sang along to the song and jammed to the music. People asked among themselves if the two weren’t sworn enemies once more. AKA and Cassper have intervals. Sometimes they are two civil entertainers, and sometimes they are on each other’s throats.
Recent squabble over The Braai Show
In the past few weeks, the Baddest rapper shared that they won a lawsuit against The Braai Show’s production team. It turns out AKA was entitled to half of the show when Cassper was presenting on it. After the public announcement, a diss track teaser dedicated to Mufasa was released. Cassper told the public that he got paid good money for being on the show. He also told Mzansi he maximized profits as he got to promote his sneaker and liquor brands for free.
Is it a planned beef?
Over the years, the two rappers got into so many fights. On the grapevine, there is a lurking theory that the beef between the two was planned. If people know they hate each other, then they stay on people’s lips. Perhaps the two don’t hate each other, and they’re beefing for clout.
