Vuyo Dabula (Gadaffi) Shooting His Exit Scenes On Generations: The Legacy
He has thrilled us with drama and unforgettable scandals but unfortunately, the exit is now near. Hunky actor Vuyo Dabula, who plays the role of Gadaffi on SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy, will soon exit the show.
This is after he was given an ultimatum last year to choose between the show or shooting the now cancelled Queen Sono season two, according to sources.
The celebrated thuggish on-screen character will exit the second most-watched soapie after a five year-stay. Vuyo allegedly chose the latter, resulting in his dismissal from the country’s second-most-watched soapie. The star, who had been playing Gadaffi for more than five years, is now shooting his exit scenes.
It’s has been finally confirmed that the multi-awarding actor will be having his last gigs with Generations in the few days to come. Generations: The Legacy star, Vuyo Dabula is finally leaving the show for good. His exit was confirmed last year.

Dabula made headlines after he was hinted to be in 50 Cent’s Black Mafia Family project. The US Rapper 50 Cent took to Instagram where he claimed he’s a fan of Vuyo Dabula who plays Gadaffi in Generations and would like him to star in his new series.
Contacted for comment Dabula indicated that he was going to reveal this. The seasoned actor did say that “I guess it is what is.”
An insider confirmed the imminent exit of Dabula from Generations.
“He is busy shooting his exit scenes from the show, and viewers will get to see the last of him in the next couple of weeks. He won’t be killed off the show, though,” said an insider.
“He’s built his brand on the show. Seeing him leave is sad because we’ve watched him excel. He’s going to do well wherever he ends up because of his humility and work ethic.”
“Some people watched the show because of him. So his departure might turn some off, but only time will tell. His last scene is scheduled to air on 17 March,” the source added
