Some understood she was joking and commented jokingly while some ridiculed her for joking with serious issues.
What is uMamlambo?
The uMamlambo is believed to be the goddess of rivers and usually associated with snakes in South African mythology.
uMamlambo is essentially a deity you worship and sacrifice things to in order to obtain and keep money and power among other favours.
The demands of the deity in exchange for these things can usually range from things like human sacrifices, usually one’s relatives or offsprings, human body parts to pacts to never having children.
If you fail comply with the demands of the deity, the consequences can be severe. In other cases, children can be forced even inherit their parents’ servitude of uMamlambo.

In other news, Zodwa recently showed off her business man bae on her Instagram and sparked rumours that she has moved on.
She recently broke up with Vusi Ngubane but she says she is having fun despite being single.
She is preparing to launch her reality show that she says will feature her ex boyfriend Ntobeko Linda whom she broke up with after bizarrely paying lobola for her. Zodwa says she wants him to explain to her fans the reasons behind the break up as they were ready to wed.
Zodwa blamed Ntobeko for being carried over by being an overnight celebrity following his relationship with Zodwa and she can’t stomach being in a relationship with a celebrity as they live fake lives.
Her love for young men, the Ben 10s, is unmatched as she went on to be entangled with Vusi only to break up and accuse him of squandering her money. She even opened a police case against him for fraud.
