Zodwa Wabantu has featured in a penis enlargement video. She is promoting a company called Herrwood Medical Centre that does body argumentation. In the video she is seen talking to doctors who are working on a patient Phumlani Siphesihle Mgxobani seeking penis enlargement services in South Africa.

It is not the first time that Zodwa has been involved in controversial procedures. She also went for vaginal tightening at the same medical facility.
Some of her fans have called her out for her love for money as she is seen to promote anything that brings money on the table. They are of the opinion that Zodwa Wabantu is endangering his followers by encouraging them to go for penis enlargement and vaginal tightening procedures.
The man Phumlani Siphesihle Mgxobani posted a picture of himself with underpants only on Africa day. The purpose of the video was to enable comparisons before and after the enlargement video.
Zodwa has transformed herself from just being a mere bar dancer to a business woman. She is now selling her own line of Zodwa Wabantu cosmetics.
