Well wishers have brought food to Job Sikhala, who is hiding from police in the in the bush. Sikhala, who is also MDC Alliance Vice Chair, fled before the police besieged his Chitungwiza home and harassed his wife. His name features on the recent police’s wanted list.
In the video Sikhala is seen washing his hands before he starts eating his meal. He thanks the men who brought him the food. He also mentions that diasporians have been calling him and assuring him they will demonstrate at Zimbabwean Embassies in their countries of residence. He received solidarity messages from Australia, UK, USA, South Africa and Namibia.
