TB Joshua’s followers and congregants believe the preacher has healing powers and can perform miracles. His prophesied often come under scrutiny as some of them turn out not to be true. The preacher pulled down a Facebook post that he made prophesying that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 Presidential Elections over Donald Trump in the United States. The post was deleted from his verified page soon after the presidential announcement was made.
It is not the first time that the popular televangelist has publicized his prayers. His church television station Emmanuel TV frequently runs a video of the preacher praying for 40 days in a mountain.
