Connie looks toned and radiant, and her fans can’t help but appreciate her ageless beauty. She keeps her body toned with cardiovascular exercises that attack the fat in her body. Sometimes we see her doing resistance training to tone specific body parts. Recently she has taken up boxing to improve her posture and focus.
