Founder and former CEO of Alibaba Jack Ma donated testing kits and protective suits to all countries in Africa. The donated goods arrived by Ethiopian Airways in Addis Ababa today. It will be distributed immediately to other African Countries.
Jack Ma’s donation comes after the World Health Organisation (WHO) warned Africa to get prepared for the worst to come. Africa has the lowest number of cases as compared to other continents. The deaths in Africa are also low.
The reason for the low number of positive cases in many African countries could be because they do not have enough protective gear and testing kits.
