Video: “F*ck you judge,” Joburg lawyer swears at High Court judge

Video: “Fuc*k you judge,” Joburg lawyer Darren Sampson swears at High Court judge

Johannesburg lawyer Darren Sampson insults High Court judges in foul language during a virtual hearing, a video that has been shared on social media.

Sampson blamed his actions on medical condition and frustration, he revealed that he had been trying to get his case against the state attorneys office postponed and was frustrated.

Darren Sampson told the judge during a virtual hearing: “After what happened to me, I will never be able to practise as an attorney again. I’ve been telling the people that, their own medical experts and my own medical experts said this man is two slices short of a sandwich … Every time I tell the judges that, the judges tell me, ‘But you are an attorney’. I’m sick of it!”

The judge then starts handing down judgment, and Sampson launches a scathing attack.

“F*uk you, judge – and all the other judges!” he swears.

Previously Savannanews reported that a Witbank woman dies after being locked in cold storage for shoplifting at Pick n Pay 

There are allegations that two women caught shoplifting in Pick n Pay shop were placed in a cold storage room during the night before being released to the police. One has reportedly died while the other is in hospital.

The unusual incident has caused outrage and the community protesting at the Emalahleni shop forcing its closure.

The incident happened on the 1st of September.

The protesters claim that two ladies went into the shop to buy food and were accused of stealing cheese. and were reportedly locked up in a cold room. They reported having been taken to the police at night after spending time in the cold. One of the women has died and she has been buried.
