Video: Controversial Prophet Passion Java shows off ammunition worth US$150 000 and tattoos
The controversial Prophet Passion Java posted a video of Facebook. In the video the Prophet boasts about his guns worth US$150 000. Holding one of the guns he keeps repeating the statement “Ngenyi Uchiramba” loosely translated “why do you deny”.
The video attracted mixed feelings with some praising the flamboyant church leader and others accusing him of getting out of hand. What really crosses people is the when he brags about his tattoos. Showing them off he shows tattoos on each arm and an angel on his chest.

Here are some of the comments on Facebook,
“Your life is coming to an end if u continue exposing some of deep secrets eg your Weapons.”
“I think you’re overdoing it now, this is not a thing that a self proclaimed “influencer” would be doing. We don’t like guns and we have never been lovers of guns…..PLEASE STOP!”
“Twabamu ngenyi vachiramba always make laugh.”

Zimbabwean Lawyer Jairos Katsande who was unpleased with the video says that its high time people take action against Prophet Passion Java.
“I have often times said Passion should just stick to promoting music and comedy and not give himself the title of being a prophet. The Bible is clear in the book of Leviticus that engraving the body with tattoos is unGodly, but to my surprise, a preacher of the Gospel with hundred thousands of followers brags about having the tattoos.”
“By showing off guns what is he trying to teach? What does he do that requires him to have so many guns?. Even in America where he stays, one cannot possess such powerful riffles in a house basement. I think the issue should be handled with the seriousness it deserves. He has to produce if he has all the relevant documents for those guns.”
“Its high time now as a nation we stand and stop this young man from promoting this kind of culture. We cannot deny that he is one of the most influential young men in our country and we have children who see him a s role model so he now needs to be stopped,” Katsande said.
