Zimbabwean student Melisa Jackquiline reportedly died after succumbing to COVID-19 yesterday. Melisa was studying at St Andrews University in the United States of America.
Takudzwa Mandaza, the family spokesperson said:
Her dad passed on a while back and she was in Michigan with her mum and other siblings studying at St. Andrews University …She was asthmatic and she tested positive for the coronavirus and passed away yesterday in hospital
Second Zimbabwean COVID-19 victim
Melisa is likely to be the second Zimbabwean to die from Covid-19. The other victim is Zororo Makamba who died in Zimbabwe.
Coronavirus knows no age
Covid-19 is claiming young people in Zimbabwe. Covid-19 has been killing more old people than yound ones as evidenced in Italy and China.

COVID-19 can affect your respiratory tract (nose, throat, lungs), cause an asthma attack, and possibly lead to pneumonia and acute respiratory disease.
