Update: Greendale hooker caught pants down with a 13-year old boy granted bail
The 26 year old Precious Teya charged with rape charges has been granted a ZWL$10 000 bail. The High Court orders Precious to continue staying at her address and not to interfere with the 13 year old boy and witnesses. On top of that Precious will report twice on Mondays and Fridays at a nearest police station.
She was first charged with ‘having sexual intercourse with a minor’, then it was rape and now she faces an aggravated indecent assault charge. Appealing to the High Court , Precious argues that the person she slept with behaved like a grown man and that she had no way of knowing the boy was a minor looking at his physical appearance.

Preciuos Teya’s Lawyer Moses Nyatsoma also reports that the prosecution is failing to provide the boy’s birth certificate proving his age.
“The Charges have been charged for the third time. She is now being charged with aggravated indecent assault, which to me shows how flimsy the charges are. We have a child who is in school and has a secret phone which nobody knows about. He lured this girl, of course a 26 year old for sex. The child is purported to be 13 but we have not seen any evidence to prove that.”
“We have requested his birth certificate but we have not been furnished with the same to date. So as far as the age of the complainant is concerned, we are not sure. If you look at the stature of this child, his height, the way he is built, you cannot tell by merely looking at him that he is 13.”
If you also consider his behavior of going on a dating site, getting a sex worker, paying for the taxi, waiting by the gate, entertaining the sex worker inside the house and whatever else that transpired…it is not consistent with a 13 year old. In the absence of proof, we will not accept his age,” Nyastoma said.
