Genesis Gabriella Tina Manney, mostly known as the rapper Gigi Lamayne and Michael Bucwa, also known as Mr Smeg, went on a date together. Mr Smeg is one lucky guy as this is his second date with a celebrity in 2022. Earlier in the year, he went out with the actress and presenter Pearl Thusi.
Mr Smeg randomly posted a series of images of Gigi Lamayne and said she was breathtakingly gorgeous. He then stomached his courage and publicly asked her out on a date on Twitter. In his words, he told Gigi she was a beautiful woman. He also told her he loved her music. After those two compliments, he asked her out for lunch, and she said yes.
Tweeps called Mr Smeg, a fortunate guy, and asked about his secret to getting celebrity dates when people struggle to go out with ordinary people.
The big date
Gigi and Mr Smeg went to a local restaurant in Thembisa called Hang Awt, owned by DJ Shimza. Mr Smeg was dressed in Palse Fashion, a fashion brand owned by a local designer. He didn’t leave his famous Smeg kettle as per usual. Initially, he thought Gigi would be a no show as she was very late, but she eventually got to the venue.
Mr Smeg gushed over Gigi.
He tweeted that Gigi looked terrific and also gushed over her scent. Both of them enjoyed a great meal, and the conversation flowed. After the date, he tweeted he enjoyed spending the evening with her. On the other hand, Gigi shared an image of her sharing a spicy kiss with the twelve.
Similarities between Mr Smeg’s dates with both Gigi and Pearl
Both dates were in a locally owned restaurant by local celebrities. Pearl and Mr Smeg went to a restaurant owned by Dj Oskido. Gigi and Mr Smeg went to a restaurant owned by Dj Shimza. He was dressed in a local clothing brand on this date with Gigi and the date with Pearl.
