Traditional Healers have been given a go ahead to prescribe or administer traditional medicine to Covid-19 patients.
In a letter addressed to the Director of City Health Dr Chonzi, the Director of Traditional Medicine Mr Ndoro advised the City that the government recognised the use of traditional medicine hence any registered traditional healer can administer to prescribe medicine to covid-19 patients.
The letter was recommending a man named Kenneth Chizive to help the City’s health department with traditional medicine that could treat the symptoms of Covid-19.
