Thokozile ‘Nqobile Sipamla’ returns to Generations after Imbewu exit
Whilst Imbewu fans are still coming to terms with her shocking exit, seasoned actress Nqobile Sipamla has seen herself making all sorts of headlines. Simpamla is a seasoned South Africa actress best known as Thuli in Abo Mzala.
Currently, she was nailing the character of Thokozile on Imbewu: The seed. Rumour has it that the seasoned actress was shown the exit door on the etv’s drama series after securing a gig on Generations. Barely a few days after her exit, she has found herself being implicated in daring Generations gig. Could she be joining the second watched drama series in Mzansi?
On Imbewu, she played a celebrated villain, and it seems as if she had a fallout with showrunners of the Durban based drama series, and she is already heading to the City of gold.
Rumour mill has it that the seasoned actress will be first appearing on the drama series in December. However, in the mix of things, little is known about her character and role. However, close sources to the publication indicated that she would be bolstering the star-studded cast after a slump in viewers.

As of now, both parties are yet to confirm the rumour that has flooded social media. Well if it happens to be true she will be marking her return to Generations after being part of the season one cast.
Despite being the second most-watched drama series, Generations saw its viewership declining as of September. It once boasted of an estimated 9.1 million viewers, but it dropped to 6 million as of September. However, a change in storyline and mass exodus of actors have been privy to the slump.
This year the drama series lost some of its lead actors. South African seasoned actor Rapulana marked the mass exodus of the cast after he dumped his on-screen character Tau for his newfound famed character, Hector, on The Queen.
However, in the wake of his exit, Generations most followed actor Vusi Kunene who played the might Jack Mabaso, left Generations for Mzansi Magics hit series Gomora before landing a gig on House Of Zwide. Zoey also was fired from Generations after Rapulana allegedly cheated her with one of the dram series cast. Since then, Generations have struggled to wow Mzansi of late.
