Connie Ferguson has been serving us body goals since the beginning of the year. She has been showing and sharing all her workout routines on her Instagram page.
Connie is slowly getting back to normal after she suffered the loss of her husband Shona Ferguson to Covid19 complications in July of 2021.
Connies’ fans suspected she suffers from long Covid19 effects and that she is still going through recovery herself as she recently told her followers that she needs her taste buds back.
The Queens’ star has been shaping up for the new year and getting back to health. A few days ago, she shared a video of her 85-year-old father working hard at the gym. Connie finally showed us where she gets her inspiration from.

“You have to meet him to believe it… I used to train with him way back when he was in his mid-70s. He goes hard. It would help if you watched him do a kata. Clean as a blade.” One friend said.
Connie has a very close relationship with her father, and she calls him the advocate of self-care.
Connie also said being around her dad makes you want to be better and do better. She called her father the champ.
In one of her posts, Connie was offered a doughnut by her colleagues, and she hesitantly took it. The following day, she launched the #iconniecfitskipping challenge, where she shared her skipping routine and claims no doughnut formed against her shall prosper.
Connie Ferguson is 51 years old but could easily pass for a woman in her early 30s. Connie is an inspiration to all women who are over 50 and younger.
