While we all know who raped Vuyiswa, the question of whether he will get to face the full wrath of the law is another story.
Vuyiswa was raped one Friday night when she went out with Georgina to celebrate her recent success on a case. The rapist followed her home to rape her on her bed. From then on she went downhill in a bout of depression from the rape with her failing to confide in anyone until she burst out in rage when Georgina kept pushing wanting to find out what was wrong with her. The Queen has thrown a thousand hints as to who raped Vuyiswa and all arrows point to the new police man who joined the police force recently, Sisa Hewane that some viewers may recognize from Isidingo where he played Skhumbuzo.
The Queen has never been one to take kindly to all manner of abuse against women. Their message has been clear- no room for abuse and abusers must never get away with it. We saw the Khoza descend in wrath on Kea’s abuser, her then-fiancee, Tebogo, leaving him dead and 6 feet under in the middle of nowhere.
Then came Goodness’ rape case that had absolutely no leads like Vuyiswa’s case. At the 11th hour, an Uber driver came through with evidence that put Thabiso behind bars. It didn’t end there, Thabiso fled the prison and attacked Goodness and Gracious but that also ended with him six feet under.
Who will bring the case to an end?
Between Hector, Georgina and Vuyiswa, we are almost guaranteed the case won’t grow cold. Our money is on Vuyiswa’s rape case ending with the rapist six feet under. We are ready to put a million dollars that the Hector Sebata will be serving revenge on a silver platter with gold lining. Hector has been nothing but outraged with Vuyiswas rape and he clearly is ready to move heaven and earth to make sure this does not become another cold case. It’s safe to say the rape case is in the right hands. After all, we all know a few dead bodies are nothing to the new Colonel.
