Special Leave for Deputy President David Mabuza who is set for medical consultations in Russia
The Deputy President of South Africa, David Mabuza, has requested from the president of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, to go on a few days of leave. This was announced by the Presidency of South Africa on Saturday evening.
“During this time, the Deputy President will undertake a visit to the Russian Federation for a scheduled medical consultation. This consultation is a follow-up to previous medical consultations that the Deputy President received from the Russian Federation,” the presidency said in a statement.
“The Deputy President will continue with the responsibilities that have been entrusted to him upon the end of the leave period,” the statement further continued.
