Media personality Somizi Mhlongo has fired back at trolls targeting his husband Mohale for being the ‘less privileged’ in the relationship.
Somizi had to intervene after Tweeps started trolling his husband Mohale Motaung. Somizi posted a picture of himself on vacation with a caption, “Thank you Hubby”
One troll by the name Mr Handsome responded, “We all know who is paying the bills”
The comment was followed by other ‘endorsements’ insinuating that Motaung cannot afford to take Somizi on vacation with the bills on him. The Tweets also labelled Somizi a liar who always try to make it see as if Mohale is paying the bills as the husband.
Somizi made two statements after some fans trolled his husband.
“Closed letter to the so straight guys who are always touched by my relationship……they know themselves…..this is not to all guys but bayazazi abazifuna next to me secretly but instead of saying it they choose to spew hate…..RIP,” he said.
“Bafazi maybe u can balance me quick….what is the obsession with my relationship with Mohale my husband from “straight guys” yerrrrr they’re touched maan u wud swear they’re waiting for us to break up and fill his place fuck it’s annoying I’d be worried if I was a lady dating a guy who is so invested in a homosexual relationship moves,” Somizi continued
Soon after Somizi Tweeted, Mr Handsome fired back, “You said it all, bo Somizi drag people everyday and destroy some. Even on Idols he makes jokes using you vulnerable youth trying to change their lives. Come Sunday his gonna be tweeting about uyajola99 commenting about other people’s relationship.”
Some leaped into Somizi’s defense like Calvin Chabane, “Remember back there when you were still in dark place and they were saying o sele but God was still having other plans for you and now God is working his miracles in ur life and now evils and devils are coming out. Let me tell you from a straight guy to u o saka ba hamisha.”
