More woes have mounted on the award-winning musician Sjava as he has not only been bed hopping with his wife and Lady Zamar but with another woman from behind their backs. It is alleged that the music sensation cheated on his wife and Lady Zamar with another woman.
It is also reported that the woman gave birth to a baby boy soon after Lady Zamar announced that Sjava abused her before they broke up.
Information that Sjava was playing his wife, Lady Zamar and the woman became a public secret when the musician and the woman were involved in a maintenance wrangle.
The woman, soon after giving birth claimed that Sjava was her father’s son.
It is also reported that the child (whose identity cannot be revealed for security reasons) was named after of Sjava’s albums but recently it was established that the baby was not his after paternity tests were conducted.
Sjava then told her that he was no longer going to pay for child support resulting in the woman to unleash her lawyers to compel the musician to continue paying for the maintenance of the child.
The woman’s lawyers wrote a letter to Sjava seeking for paternity test to be conducted, after endless efforts to have a meeting with the singer yielded no results.
The Letter dated December 3 2019 reads, “It is our instructions that our client would like to have paternity tests done at Lancet laboratories in Milpark Netcare Hospital on 12 December 2019 for the paternity test of [child], alleged to have been born by our client and yourself. This is due to the discrepancies of your chosen pathologist. In reference to the above, kindly furnish us with a written undertaking of your availability to the said date by close of business, Friday December 6 2019.”
After doubting the DNA tests, it is alleged that the women approached her lawyers for another test to be conducted.
