In what is best described as the battle for being funnier, the Scandal and Durban Gen cast decided to take on the Salary Dance challenge to the amazement of their followers. It has become a norm on social media for people to try to do the dances they would have seen after a music video is released. Escaping the acting scene, Scandal and Durban Gen actors decided to show fans their dance moves in the Salary dance challenge. The song Salary by Robot Boii has sent individuals, including celebrities, into a dancing frenzy and had them show off their dancing moves behind the scenes.

Durban Gen vs Scandal Cast Salary Challenge

The dancing by the Durban Gen cast on the Durban Gen’s official Instagram page shared from TikTok sent social media into laughter after what seemed to be an attempt at something they could not do. Comments from the public had some concluding that the doctors were trying too hard and that they were also rigid. In the video, Fanele Ntuli (Doctor Zondo) is the one who comes up with the moves and could dance though she rarely dances in Durban Gen despite being portrayed as a party lover. Yola Plaatje, who plays Doctor Jack, moved too much with her dreadlocks moving along to the rhythm. Thokozani Ziqubhu Bhengu (Doctor Bhengu) had dance moves which were not coordinating and can be viewed as someone who just wanted to save face.

On the other hand, the Scandal cast, Siphesihle Zondi, who plays Malume Jake and Fundiswa Ngcobo, who plays Winnie, managed to pull up a better dancing challenge to the song Salary. In a video seen on Scandal’s official Instagram page, which it shared from TikTok, Fundiswa is the one who begins the dancing with her doing a “fair: job as Siphesihle watched with a smile. Zondi then attempted the dance with Ngcobo watching this time around. Zondi added a bit of his taste to the dance challenge, which left Fundiswa laughing. Regardless of being laughed at for being hilarious and silly, public opinion was of the view that the Scandal cast members did much better than what has been done by most celebrities.
