Honey BBQ Wings
These oven baked honey BBQ wings are the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and are there are so juicy! Sweet and smoky grilled wings. It is the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

- Preheat oven to 190 degrees
- Spray the oven tray with cooking spray
- In a bowl, combine flour, chilli powder, salt and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the flour and shake off any excess
- Place the floured wings on a parchment paper –lined baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
- Bake at 35- 40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, turn once.
- While the wings are baking, make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together
- When the wings are done baking, carefully dip them in the sauce, and place them back in the tray and oven for another 10 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling, glossy and sticky

For best results you can bake them with a sweet and spicy glaze until tender, browned and delicious!
